Shower Repair

Scope of works for Watertite Perimeter + Epoxy grout floor Joints.
• Remove silicone from the perimeter of the shower base and the internal wall to wall joints.
• Machine joints to the perimeter of the shower base using a diamond tipped machine.
• Clean, repair and seal walls or full de-grout/re-grout if required.
• Cut out floor grout joints of shower recess and around perimeter of waste grate using an angle grinder.
• Inject tinted colour match epoxy grout product into the shower floor joints, around waste grate.
• Apply epoxy grout to inside of waste joint.
• Inject colour match high flex seal product into the perimeter and internal wall to wall joints.
Complimentary Service:
• Remove and replace silicone to the inside of the shower screen.
• Seal around tap spindles.

• Remove silicone from the perimeter of the balcony and the internal joints.
• Machine joints to the perimeter of the balcony using a diamond tipped machine.
• Remove calcification build up from balcony. (to the best of ability)
• Cut out floor grout joints of balcony and around perimeter of waste grate using an angle grinder.
• Remove existing sealant from balcony balustrades and doorways.
• Clean, sweep, vacuum and blow balcony to remove dust and grime.
• Seal balcony tiles using a penetrative sealer.
• Inject tinted colour match epoxy grout product into the shower floor joints, around waste grate.
• Apply Watertites epoxy grout to floor joints and perimeter of balcony.
• Apply high flex expansion joints (if required) and perimeter seal using Mapiesil AC silicone.
• Reseal balcony balustrades and doorways using Mapiesil AC silicone.

• Remove existing silicone seals to bath perimeter.
• De-grout walls of shower and face of bath to required depth.
• Remove grout and seals from bath base using diamond tip grinder.
• Remove existing silicone from shower screen and around taps.
• Re-grout walls using colour match wall grout with additive.
• Reseal perimeter of bath using Watertite's colour match anti-mould, high flex silicone.
• Seal around base of shower Watertite's colour match anti-mould, high flex silicone.
• Reseal shower screen and tap fixtures using clear silicone.
