What does a balcony service involve?

Our repair specialists will start by remove all existing grout and any calcification build up from balcony. Next, our premium epoxy grout is then applied and a high-flex sealer is carefully applied around the balcony perimeter. Lastly, we meticulously coat the tiles with a premium penetrating sealer. The balcony area is then fully cleaned down and left to dry for 24 hours.
